Wayne B.I was referred here by Hector who now works here. My window regulator went out. Price of $443 including tax and labor was fair but you always pay more for Mercedes Benz. I dropped it off day before and they had it ready by noon. I'll be going back.

Having moved from the east coast where there are plenty of authorized and reliable Benz service shops we were worried what to expect from our few choices in town. Everyone in RG MotorWorks was very professional and helpful, services on my car were performed as those I would expect from Benz dealership mechanics, and as someone else mentioned, without any surprises on your bill . That sweet lady in the office even arranged for our car service when she found out we would need a vehicle while they are working on our car.
